Good location, just few minutes walk to the station
The room is too small
The location of the Hotel is very practical. It is near the subway station. You can find many restaurants, shops and so on located in the station. Furthermore from the Hotel you can just walk to the downtown and other great shopping places.
I've been to many hotels with pricing around ¥5,000-7,000 and Sunroute was by far the most luxurious for the money. I had a singles room and for the first time, the bathroom was big enough for me. Very Western.
The pillow was too hard. That's all.
I love the comfort and good service but English is still a bit problem for people who don't know Japanese.
The semi double room was good however it need to be adjust a bit about size increment.
The location is very convinience for transportation to the airport and also for shinkansen train. The room is nice and clean.
Efficient and pleasant hotel near the Hakata station.
The location is perfect. The staff and service is good and sweet. The room is big enough compare with other Japan city hotels.
Excellent location, Clean and courteous staff.
